As part of replacing the cabin air filter, the tech disconnected the coolant line which goes to the coolant expansion tank but failed to reconnect it. As a result, as I drove home roughly a half gallon of coolant was sprayed all over the passenger side of the engine compartment and the underside of the hood, and puddling on the garage floor.
Fortunately I possess sufficient car knowledge to locate the open line, reconnect it, and replace the lost coolant. I then cleaned the engine, the underside of the hood, and the coolant dripping onto the garage floor.

Jeremy and the technicians at Cornerstone do. Great job with service and repairs. The only problem is that they are so busy becuase word got out abothe quality of their work it's sometimes hard to get an appointment with them without waiting a week. A good problem to have but it's tough when you only have one car. I do wish they were open later but I understand staffing is difficult when you're that busy due to gokd work.
Over charge, over charge!! When Stillwater Moters was in you were treated fairly, but not Cornerstone Chev of Stillwater. (same places)
My wife and I have bought many cars over the years, but this was by far our best experience. Corey and the staff there made the whole experience easy and stress free. The vehicle is great and they have helped us since in many ways.

Customer service was excellent. The communication was open and flowing. She heard us and heard what we were saying. The communication with the technician was available and helped with our diagnosis of our truck.
I purchased an extended warranty, and was told a loaner/rental would be available at no charge for any service I came in for. That was a lie. I'll not be bringing my vehicle back here, even though it's where I purchased it.

Salesman (Cory) and finance person (Tony) were both very patient working with an older gentleman (75 years old) who has hearing issues and not being used to alot of the new technology on buying a new car. Everyone at Cornerstone were very friendly and helpful.

Very Unhappy. I brought my truck in for the Auto Butler and an oil change. When I went to pick it up the Auto Butler was not done. I also stated my concerns about when I'd tried to get service on another vehicle earlier this summer, and no one from the Service Department would return my calls. I have had good customer service with the prior dealership since 1995. This was not a "good customer experience."
